Christopher joins TDSC as the Vice President of Construction and brings with him over 25 years of experience in the construction industry as an experienced engineer, specializing in Construction Management, Quality Control, Scheduling, and Construction Estimating. In his career, he has held positions as a Company Owner, Managing Partner, President, Director of Engineering, Project Manager, SATOC Manager, and Division Manager.

Director of Administration & Contracting
Misty has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in Construction Management, CPM Scheduling, and Construction Contract Administration and holding positions of Project Scheduler, Project Manager, SATOC Manager, and Chief Operating Officer.
Sidonia Young
Preconstruction & Estimating
Sidonia has over 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in Construction Contract Administration, Project Support, and Preconstruction Proposals and Estimating, as well as over 12 years of Administration experience in general. She is instrumental in aiding the Preconstruction team to manage all the essential duties to support responses to Federal, Municipal, and Private bid solicitations.

With more than 15 years of professional experience in the Construction Industry, which includes experience in Commercial General Construction, Industrial Construction and Residential Construction, from renovations to ground-up projects, with strong attention to safety requirements, Ray is a valuable asset to the TDSC team. Many projects benefit from his knowledge and analytical problem-solving skills.

Project Manager
Rick brings to TDSC over 24 years of experience in construction and environmental construction project management. He is well-versed in pre-construction and construction management/coordination including work plans, drawings, and specifications, project budgets, and schedule development.
Stephen Campbell
General Superintendent
Stephen offers over 30 years of on-site construction management background to the TDSC team. His overall responsibility includes planning and coordinating of on-site construction operations and services for all work and personnel under his supervision. He is an irreplaceable asset to all of our field Superintendents!

Project Manager Assistant/Contract Administrator
Jennifer has over 12 years of experience in the construction industry bringing to TDSC strong organizational, sequencing, and scheduling abilities. She is a positive force that is detail oriented and always eager to learn.
Mason Marano
Construction Intern
Mason joined TDSC at the beginning of 2023 as a Construction Intern, while he completes his Bachelor's in Civil Engineering Technology/Construction Management at Old Dominion University. He has been working in the construction industry while in school since 2018. He is quickly proving to be a hardworking, dependable employee, with a strong work ethic.

Jef brings over 20 years of on-site construction experience to the TDSC team. He is crucial in driving project operational excellence. Jef has an impressive track record of positive subcontractor relationships, uncovering project cost reductions, driving schedules for on-time delivery, and taking the time daily to make jobsite safety his #1 priority.
Jef’s specialties include logistics, commercial construction, and transportation. He has successfully managed projects with budgets of up to $65M and he prides himself on building a culture of safety, commitment, and accountability among teams of up to 80+ subs and team members.

Sam joins the TDSC team after moving to Virginia from New York, where he had a successful 18-year career in the construction industry, ranging from high-end residential to commercial renovations, settling into commercial ground-up construction projects. Sam has held titles such as Master Carpenter, Construction Inspector, Assistant Project Manager, and Superintendent. He is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of construction including but not limited to roofing, carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sprinklers, glazing, and masonry.

Bryan has been in the construction industry for over 15 years and is very well-versed in all phases of new construction and renovation work. He brings to TDSC an excellent work ethic and a positive outlook on projects. He is a huge proponent in ensuring the success of his projects is based on clear direction, leading the team by example, and insisting on accountability of all trades and team members, including himself.
Bryan prides himself on his direct communication with his project teams, identifying concerns early, scheduling, Owner interaction, group management, and working with all officials through required inspection processes.

Abe has over 20 years of on-site construction experience and has become a crucial member of the TDSC team since 2019.
