Sidonia has over 4 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in Construction Contract Administration and Project Support, and over 12 years of Administration experience in general. She in instrumental in aiding the Preconstruction team manage all the essential duties to support responses to Federal, Municipal, and Private bid solicitations.
Darren started his Construction journey as an Intern/Project Engineer with a Government 8(a) Contractor, while still in school, working heavily in the pre-construction phase of projects, creating relationships with many local trade Contractors, and is now helping TDSC as the Preconstruction Manager to ensure that we continue to be awarded great projects and continue our journey of making clients happy!
Pinkie is a proactive and committed Certified Safety and Health Manager (CSHM) with more than 25 years of commercial construction experience managing successful safety programs and personnel.
Kaiden joined the TDSC team in 2018 when he made it very clear that he would not stand for being left home alone... EVER. He is one of our best employees with an impeccable attendance record. He is insistent on being involved in all top company business with his presence in all very important corporate meetings, albeit from under the conference table.
