Stephen Campbell

General Superintendent

Stephen offers over 30 years of on-site construction management background to the TDSC team. His overall responsibility includes planning and coordinating of on-site construction operations and services for all work and personnel under his supervision. Acting in that capacity, he reports to the VP of Construction and the Project Managers and is responsible for overseeing the multiple construction trades and the field execution of all facets of the projects he is overseeing, many of which occur simultaneously. He carefully manages the scheduling and timing of activities to meet the overall project schedules. He ensures that the projects stay within budget, and he organizes, coordinates, and supervises foremen and all craft employees. He determines work priorities and work activities while simultaneously monitoring and coordinating all safety-related issues. He also monitors and coordinates all quality control-related activities.

Stephen holds a Virginia Class “A” Builders License and is USACE/NAVFAC CQCM Certified. He has years of hands-on experience and knowledge, which he gained through his roles as a superintendent, quality control manager, and safety manager. Working in both the private sector and in Federal Government Contracting, he is experienced in the areas of residential and commercial building including facilities renovation and maintenance management. His dedication to work, years of experience in the construction industry, excellent management skills, and overall attitude toward client satisfaction makes him a valuable and necessary member of the TDSC team!
