We are a Class A General Contractor with a wealth of experience in both government contracting/construction and commercial construction projects. As a turnkey contractor, we have worked with agencies ranging from NAVFAC to the USACE to Army MICCs, as well as City Agencies, School Divisions, etc. Our staff consists of a fully developed management team with a combined 35+ years in the construction industry, QCMs, SSHOs, superintendents, and field staff.

Our project with TDSC ran very smoothly. The contractor was proactive in all elements of project management. Work took place with minimal impact to the occupied building, due partly to the contractor’s close coordination with the building “manager” and the City project manager. The critical point of the project involved shutting down the HVAC system for the building, removing all of the rooftop HVAC units and replacing them. This went off without a hitch over a two-day weekend period. There were no adverse impacts to the building operations- staff came to work the next day as if nothing had happened. This is due to the outstanding coordination between the contractor and their subcontractors. I would definitely work with this contractor again, and based on their performance for us, I would give them my
strongest recommendation.

I wanted to pass along the wonderful job that Aaron Pittard and Ronnie Rouse from Tidewater Development Services Corp are doing with the Virginia Aquarium projects.
