As an SBA certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Minority-Owned, SWaM, and DBE certified small business, TDSC is able to offer clients 100% participation in many of our construction projects. We are always looking to utilize and include SWaM subcontractors on all jobs that we are bidding.
