Eligible after 30 Days, enrolled on 1st of month – 50% of employee rate paid for employee for Health & Dental only. Health is through Sentara (formerly Optima) and Dental & Vision is through Met Life.

Paid Time Off
We offer (8) eight days: New Year, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas + 2 additional days, usually utilized at Christmas and Thanksgiving.

Earned Leave (Vacation/Sick)
Eighty (80) Total Hours Accrued Annually.
- Vacation (24 hrs annually, accrued at 0.47 hrs a week)-never expires, but caps @ 24 hrs.
- Sick (up to 56 hrs annually, accrued at 1 hr of paid sick leave for every 30 hrs worked)-never expires, caps @ 56hrs.

FUTURE GROWTH
We love to see our employees grow into more within our company. We have foreman and superintendents that are now Ops and QC Managers, Safety Managers, PM’s etc. We have admin staff that have learned and become estimators. We are always looking for ways to promote within. We prefer that!
