Rick brings to TDSC over 24 years of experience in construction and environmental construction project management. He is well-versed in pre-construction and construction management/coordination including work plans, drawings, and specifications, project budgets, and schedule development.
Rick is also skilled in cost analysis, budget generation and control for both cost plus award fee and fixed price contracts, regulatory compliance assurance, Quality Control (USACE), SOP writing, subcontractor buy-out and over-site, and proposal development.
During his career, he has held titles including Project Manager, Program Manager, VP of Construction and has experience in both the commercial and federal worlds, working on projects for NAVFAC, USACE, and other Federal entities on single award and IDIQ style contracts.
