Ryan brings to the table over 10 years of Management and Leadership experience, beginning with his time as an Officer in the United States Air Force.

Todd has a solid background of over 20 years in Construction Management, specifically in Commercial Roofing with an established track record of achieving success in multiple facets of the Commercial Roofing Industry.

Misty has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in Construction Management, CPM Scheduling, and Construction Contract Administration and holding positions of Project Scheduler, Project Manager, SATOC Manager, and Chief Operating Officer.

Ric Richardson brings over 19 years of corporate safety leadership and more than 30 years of experience in accident, incident, and injury investigation to TDSC. His expertise includes corporate safety policy development, training program design, regulatory compliance, and mentoring the next generation of safety professionals.

Christopher joins TDSC as the Vice President of Construction and brings with him over 25 years of experience in the construction industry as an experienced engineer, specializing in Construction Management, Quality Control, Scheduling, and Construction Estimating. In his career, he has held positions as a Company Owner, Managing Partner, President, Director of Engineering, Project Manager, SATOC Manager, and Division Manager.

Kaiden joined the TDSC team in 2018 when he made it very clear that he would not stand for being left home alone... EVER. He is one of our best employees with an impeccable attendance record. He is insistent on being involved in all top company business with his presence in all very important corporate meetings, albeit from under the conference table.
