The scope of this project included removing the existing wooden catwalk assembly and replacing with a new galvanized structural steel catwalk system, including structural framing and railings assembly with wood deck boards to the historical Surf and Recue Museums observation tower.      

The work included the removal of the existing multiple ply ballasted built-up roof system down to the existing metal roof deck including flashings, copings, tapered insulation and incidental related work.
