The scope of work is generally described as roof replacement, painting of exterior glazed CMU accents, steel framing, metal roofing, siding, and trim pieces. Existing built-up roof shall be removed down to existing steel deck and replaced with single ply membrane roof assembly. Renovate existing penthouse louvers/doors.
This project included demolition of all existing windows, then replacing all the windows at Booker T. Washington High School.
Mill in place and rebuild one tennis court and 4 pickleball courts including new perimeter fencing, divider fencing and nets. Maintain the current court configuration. Mill, overlay, and re-stripe the existing parking lot.
