Pinkie is a proactive and committed Certified Safety and Health Manager (CSHM) with more than 25 years of commercial construction experience managing successful safety programs and personnel. She has a strong understanding of construction safety principles, techniques, and methods on a variety of project types; including a thorough understanding and knowledge of OSHA laws, regulations, and policies. She is a proactive leader of safety awareness, training, and risk mitigation for all staff; including implementation of programs to educate and encourage subcontractors of safe behaviors on the job sites.
Pinkie is always seeking opportunities to strengthen her personal education and skills to better lead others and is a highly respected mentor of not only our in-house personnel and crew members, but the Hampton Roads community as a whole.
