TDSC served as a key subcontractor to E&P Electrical to cover selective demolition and abatement, unit masonry, millwork, acoustical ceiling tile, miscellaneous structural work and Kawall panel installation. The work performed was part of a larger roof and mechanical replacement project with E&P Electrical covering all mechanical, plumbing and electrical scopes.

TDSC worked with E&P and specialized trades to coordinate work in an active public school. TDSC’s scope covered the full square footage of the facility and required after-hours and weekend work that was coordinated through E&P and NPS officials.
