The work included the removal of the existing multiple ply ballasted built-up roof system down to the existing metal roof deck including flashings, copings, tapered insulation and incidental related work. Provided new modified bitumen roofing system, roofing insulation, flashings, copings, and wood nailers. The roof replacement included three (3) separate roof levels, comprised of an upper, lower, and two canopies over the entrances. The total roof area included in this roof replacement was approximately 11,000 square feet.
