Francis Land House Phase II was an interior restoration on the addition that was added to the historic Francis Land House in the 1970’s. TDSC was focusing on renovating the women’s bathroom and hallway area, the renovations were designed to give a clean new look to this historical landmark.

The scope of the project encompasses a range of essential updates and new finishes. New modern interior lighting and exhaust fans were installed along with a fresh coat of paint and new quarry tile in the bathroom. In addition to these cosmetic updates, new countertops were installed for the convenience of future museum visitors. This renovation effort will ensure that the Francis Land House continues to stand as a testament to its historical significance for all who visit.
