This new construction project included the construction of a 2,000 square foot facility for training soldiers to load and unload cargo ships. Construction included a replica of a cargo ship with two access ramps to accommodate roll-on/roll-off capabilities of vehicles, electrical services for fluorescent lighting in the interior, emergency and egress lighting, ventilation exhaust fans, underground storm water storage system; bio-retention filter; new gravel hardstand; and site improvements. Associated site work also included the installation of electrical and communication support utilities and a mass notification system.
