This Design-Build project involved the replacement of critical electrical infrastructure within Substation #1 (Building 1281) while maintaining continuous substation operations. The scope included full design for the replacement of all nineteen (19) 15kV circuit breakers, with construction to replace eight (8) breakers and associated cabling. The design required phased construction documents to ensure uninterrupted operations between phases and full integration with the existing SCADA system, allowing remote operability of the new breakers.
