Over 15 years of experience in the construction fields - Eric has a wide variety of knowledge and services. He has a keen sense of construction practices and managerial knowledge to effectively and successfully complete construction projects. Eric has estimated, planned and managed civil utility projects ranging from $250K-$3M.

Cole is a highly driven and technically skilled individual pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at Old Dominion University. With a strong foundation in emergency medical services and engineering, Cole brings a unique blend of problem-solving, leadership, and hands-on technical expertise to any team.
Anthony “Tony” Pearson
Tony joined TDSC at the end of 2024 as a Project Engineer/Asst PM. He has been working in the construction industry, primarily in framing, while completing school at VMI. He is quickly proving to be a hardworking, dependable employee, with a strong work ethic.
Stephen Campbell
Stephen offers over 30 years of on-site construction management background to the TDSC team. His overall responsibility includes planning and coordinating of on-site construction operations and services for all work and personnel under his supervision. He is an irreplaceable asset to all of our field Superintendents!
Barbara Knight
Barbara has 15 years of experience in the construction industry bringing to TDSC great administration capabilities. She is a positive force that is always eager to learn. Barbara assists with the planning, organization, contract administration, and management of the day-to-day operations of construction projects from the buyout process through project closeout, as well as any other responsibilities that support and aid the Project Management team.
Rick Chalk
Rick brings to TDSC over 24 years of experience in construction and environmental construction project management. He is well-versed in pre-construction and construction management/coordination including work plans, drawings, and specifications, project budgets, and schedule development.
Nathan Wallace
Nathan Wallace is a highly experienced and certified safety professional with over 15 years of leadership in occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management. His extensive background spans multiple industries, including construction, transportation, and energy, where he has successfully led large-scale safety programs, developed strategic policies, and implemented comprehensive risk mitigation plans.
Christopher May
Christopher joins TDSC as the Vice President of Construction and brings with him over 25 years of experience in the construction industry as an experienced engineer, specializing in Construction Management, Quality Control, Scheduling, and Construction Estimating. In his career, he has held positions as a Company Owner, Managing Partner, President, Director of Engineering, Project Manager, SATOC Manager, and Division Manager.
