Robert (Bobby) Schulz is a results-oriented and highly skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in construction project management, environmental compliance, and contract execution. With a strong background in both government and private sector projects, he has successfully led multimillion-dollar construction initiatives, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Sidonia has over 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in Construction Contract Administration, Project Support, and Preconstruction Proposals and Estimating, as well as over 12 years of Administration experience in general. She is instrumental in aiding the Preconstruction team to manage all the essential duties to support responses to Federal, Municipal, and Private bid solicitations.

Kaiden joined the TDSC team in 2018 when he made it very clear that he would not stand for being left home alone... EVER. He is one of our best employees with an impeccable attendance record. He is insistent on being involved in all top company business with his presence in all very important corporate meetings, albeit from under the conference table. 

Misty has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in Construction Management, CPM Scheduling, and Construction Contract Administration and holding positions of Project Scheduler, Project Manager, SATOC Manager, and Chief Operating Officer.

Todd has a solid background of over 20 years in Construction Management, specifically in Commercial Roofing with an established track record of achieving success in multiple facets of the Commercial Roofing Industry.

Ryan brings to the table over 10 years of Management and Leadership experience, beginning with his time as an Officer in the United States Air Force.
