The Replace Field Lighting Project objective was to demolish 69 halogen light fixtures at the newly renovated recreation field on base at Oceana Naval Air Station and replace them with LED fixtures. Work included the addition of a new electrical enclosure and internal controls that dictated the new lighting’s timing function for autonomous operation.

All work was conducted while the field was being actively used by base personnel.
