TDSC served as the primary subcontractor for the construction of the Suffolk Virginia Army Reserve Center Vehicle Maintenance Facility. TDSC performed the following scopes of work: Total Building Commissioning, Masonry, Metal Fabrications, Rough Carpentry, Solid Surface Fabrications, Pressure and Air Testing, Air Barrier System, Spray and Fiber Insulation, all Roofing/Flashing, and Sheet Metal, Joint Sealants, Door Frames and Hardware, Sectional Overhead Doors, Aluminum Framed Entrances, Windows and Glazing to include KalWall Systems, Metal Wall Louvers, Cold Metal Framing, Gypsum Wall Board, Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring to include Carpet, Tile, Resinous and Resilient Flooring, Paints and Coatings, Exterior and Interior Signage, Toilet Compartments and Bathroom Accessories, Fire Extinguishers, Metal Storage Shelving, Window Blinds, Pre-Engineered Metal Building System, and Fire Suppression System.

TDSC coordinated all work with GM Hill (Prime Contractor) management and site personnel.
